Meet Our Harrisburg Eye Doctor

Dr. Taylor Randich built Clear & Company Eye Care around the kind of experience she would want for her own family: thorough, modern eye care with enough time for real conversations. A North Carolina native with eight years of experience as an optometrist, she has a particular passion for myopia management and hard-to-fit contact lenses.

Eye Care That Can Change Everyday Life

Some of Dr. Randich’s favorite moments as an optometrist seem small at first: helping a child manage their changing vision, teaching someone to wear contacts, or watching a patient smile at their new glasses. But those moments can have a real impact on everyday life. That’s what she loves about eye care—the opportunity to help people see and experience their world with greater confidence.

A Patient She’ll Never Forget

One of Dr. Randich’s most meaningful experiences involved a 17-year-old with severe keratoconus whose limited vision was affecting what he thought might be possible for his future. After fitting him with scleral lenses, his vision improved dramatically. He went on to get his driver’s license, start working, and gain independence that once felt out of reach.

Eye Care Beyond the Exam Room

Dr. Randich volunteers with nonprofit organizations and homeless shelters and stays actively involved in her children’s school community. She also enjoys visiting local schools, talking with students and families about eye health, and providing vision screenings when available.

During optometry school, Dr. Randich participated in international service trips to Guatemala, Jamaica, and Nicaragua, where her teams provided more than 1,000 eye exams on each trip. She hopes to become involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters and continue finding meaningful ways to support children and families in the community.

Outside the Office

When she isn’t talking about eyes, Dr. Randich is usually happiest staying active or getting outside. Working out is a regular part of her routine, and she especially appreciates a good Gulf Coast sunset.

She also loves home DIY projects and the satisfaction of turning an idea into something tangible. At home, she’s a proud mom of two and shares the house with a few cats and a mini pig named Odie—who may have the most memorable name on the entire Clear & Company team.
